It was pretty good.  I used frozen broccoli and medium cheddar.  It probably would have tasted fabulous with fresh broccoli and sharp cheddar.

Chicken Tortilla Soup →
This was great!  We loved it, and the kids enjoyed having all of the soup additions on the side.  The homemade chips really made the difference!

By far the best stew I’ve ever had.  I could never figure out how to get my stew to the right thickness before.  Potato flakes makes it easy!
